Terms and Conditions for the £1000 Bundle of Gift Cards 2022

Short Version

Competition will run from 9:00 on 30/05/22 until 12:00 noon on 13/06/22. Winner will be chosen at random after 12:01 on 13/06/22 and notified by Facebook Messenger. UK entrants only. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Tesco, Airbnb or ‘The Dining Out Gift Card’.

Full Version

  1. The competition is open to anyone who likes the post and comments under the identified competition image with where they went on a previous Jaunt Insurance trip or general road trip, between 9:00 on 30/05/22 and 12:00 on 13/06/22.
  2. The prize available is one bundle of £1000 Gift Cards; £650 Tesco, £250 Airbnb & £100 ‘The Dining Out’ Gift Cards. The Gift Cards will be separate per brand.
  3. Only one entry will be allowed per individual, multiple comments will only count as a single entry.
  4. The winner of the competition will be drawn at random after 12:01 on 13/06/22 from all the entrants who have fulfilled the entry criteria, and the winner will be notified by Facebook Messenger via the Jaunt page within 3 working days (not including bank holidays).
  5. Participants must be over 18 years old and live in the United Kingdom.
  6. Employees of Markerstudy Group are not eligible for entry.
  7. To accept the prize, the winner must reply to Jaunt via Facebook Messenger and confirm delivery details for the Gift Card within 14 working days of Jaunt notifying them that they have won.
  8. In the event that the winner does not reply to Jaunt within 14 working days as per Clause 7 above, the prize may be forfeited, and another winner will be selected.

10.  The Tesco Gift Card balance will expire 5 years from the date it was activated or your last transaction, whichever is later. The Airbnb gift card does not expire. The ‘Dining Out’ Gift card is valid for twelve months from the later of the date a value was last loaded onto the card, and the date that any value was last redeemed.

 

11.  Jaunt accepts no responsibility for any incomplete entries or entries not properly received due to technical, communication or other problems.

 

  1. Jaunt shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.
  2. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Tesco/Airbnb/’Dining Out Gift Card’.
  3. The Gift Card is not transferable, for auction, sale or re-sale or redeemable for cash and there is no cash alternative. 
  4. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with these terms and conditions.

16.  Liability is not accepted by Jaunt for any personal loss or damage caused to products purchased using the Gift Card. Customers may contact the Tesco Gift Card customer service team, Airbnb customer service team, or ‘The Dining Out Gift Card’ customer service team for any queries or complaints relating to the products purchased with the Gift Cards.
