Monday – Thursday – 9am-5pm
Friday – 9am-4pm
Saturday – 9am-5pm (closed for lunch 12.30pm-1.30pm)
Sunday – 9am-4pm (closed for lunch 12.30pm-1.30pm)
Jaunt policies are all done online, but if you have any questions about yours or need to cancel, just drop us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org. If you cancel your policy before cover has started you’ll get a full refund. Cover for part days or days which have already started will not be refundable. We are continuing to monitor the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic as it develops and are ensuring that our employees and business are protected, whilst doing our very best to maintain service levels for customers.
Please be assured that the cover provided by your Jaunt short-term insurance policy will be unaffected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
