Give as you live T&Cs

These are the terms as they appear on our partner’s site – these are just for reference.

What will stop the charity donation?

  • Charity donation will not be paid in conjunction with any other offer, voucher or discount code unless listed in these terms.
  • Policies that are purchased over the phone are not eligible for the charity donation. The charity donation is only available for policies purchased online via the Give as you live Website.

What else is essential?

  • All transactions will be validated by Jaunt.
  • After clicking through to the Jaunt website from the Give as you live link you must generate a new quote and buy the policy in the same session. If you leave the website and come back it will not track and no longer be valid.
  • If you purchase an annual policy (or a policy with a duration over 90 days) and either you or your insurer cancel within 90 days or less of the purchase date, your charity donation is not valid.
  • The cashback amount will only be awarded if the policy is not cancelled.
  • The validation period is 90 days.
  • Subject to the points above and provided that all payments due at that point have been received, you can expect your cashback between 120-180 days after purchasing your policy.
  • Jaunt withhold the right to withdraw this offer and also reserve the right to change or amend the reward and the structure of the offer at any time. Any decision made by Jaunt with regards to this offer is final.
  • The donation amount awarded will be based on the amount promoted on the Give as you live website on the day of purchase.
  • For the purpose of tracking do not reject cookies when visiting the supplier’s site as your charity donation will not be tracked.
  • There is no restriction on how many times you can earn a donation amount. You will make a donation for each qualifying purchase

What to do when

  • Please do not contact the merchant regarding charity donation queries. All such enquiries should be made to Give as you live.
  • For transactional or tracking issues in relation to the payment of the charity donation, please contact Give as you live directly or raise a claim using the process provided by Give as you live.
  • A “Missing donation” query must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction, if the transaction does not track automatically.
  • We will make all reasonable endeavours to secure the payment of the donation amount on a transaction but we do not and cannot make any guarantee in this regard.
